Information you send us.The only place this website collects personal information is the inquiry form. That form asks for your name, email address, and message, and optionally your phone number, the service you’re interested in, and a date or window for your shoot. You choose what to put in it.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, for security and reliability. Our anti-spam check records a short-lived token and your IP address to distinguish people from bots.

We do not use analytics, advertising tags, or tracking cookies on this site. There is no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to.

Inquiry details are used for one purpose: to reply to you and to arrange and deliver work you ask us about. Server logs and the anti-spam check are used to keep the site available and to stop automated abuse of the form.

We rely on your consent when you choose to submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure website and responding to people who contact us.

We keep the list of companies that touch your information deliberately short. Each of these acts on our instructions:

• Vercel — hosts the website and keeps server logs.
• Cloudflare— provides the domain’s DNS and the Turnstile anti-spam check on the form.
• Resend — delivers inquiry emails to our inbox.
• Google — provides the email account those inquiries arrive in.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s advertising. We would only disclose it if the law required it.

Inquiry emails stay in our inbox while we’re in touch and, if you book, for as long as we need them as a record of the work — ordinarily up to seven years, in line with normal business and tax record-keeping. Inquiries that don’t lead to a booking are deleted on request, and otherwise cleared out periodically. Server logs are short-lived and managed by our hosting provider.

This is the part most relevant to a photo and video business, and it is handled in your booking agreement rather than on this website.

Where a shoot produces images or footage of identifiable people, whether we may use that material to promote our work is agreed separately and in writing as part of the booking. If you have appeared in our work and want it taken down from this site or our social profiles, email jukemediallcmo@gmail.com and we will remove it.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information about you we hold;
• correct anything that’s wrong;
• delete it, where we don’t need to keep it as a business record;
• send you a copy.

This website is aimed at people booking professional services and is not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information through this site from anyone under 13. Where a shoot involves a minor, arrangements are made with their parent or guardian as part of the booking.

The site is served over HTTPS, sends inquiries directly to our email rather than storing them in a database on this website, and restricts what the page is allowed to load. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information — payment card details, government ID numbers — through the inquiry form. We will never ask for them there.

If we change how this site handles information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
